My agent doesn’t respond on its own
Connecting the server doesn’t subscribe to events. Open Connect your agent, copy the agent instructions into a ChatGPT Work chat, then refresh status to see the subscribed events.

How can we help?
Most problems can be resolved from the app. Start with these quick checks, or report a problem if something still feels off.
My agent can’t connect
Check the address https://api.00food.com/mcp, sign in with the same Apple account, and approve the permissions. Revoke an old connection in Settings before reconnecting if needed.
An estimate is still pending
Requests made offline are sent when the app reconnects. Other agents only check when asked, so ask yours to check pending foods. You can always enter calories yourself.
Health data is missing
Allow 00Food to read active energy, weight, body fat, and water in the Health app’s sharing settings, then reopen 00Food.
Daily reviews don’t appear
Enable Request a daily review in Settings, or request a past day from the food log. Your agent needs the daily permissions and a subscription to review requests.
Numbers look off
Check your height, weight, and estimate setting in Settings. All figures are rough guides, not clinical measurements.

Report a problem
Open an issue on the 00Food GitHub repository and include your app version, device and iOS version, which agent you use, what you expected, and what happened. Issues are public: remove food photos, logs, Health figures, email addresses, credentials, and other private details before posting.
Account or privacy questions
You can delete your account from the app’s Settings. For a question requiring private details, create a general issue requesting a private follow-up; do not put those details in the issue.
